Rachel is Total Vision’s Practice Owner and optometrist.
Qualifying in 2016, Rachel has several years’ experience providing high-quality, personalised eye care, and has a special interest in paediatrics, myopia control and dry eye treatment.
Warm and professional, Rachel enjoys building long-term relationships with patients throughout their eye care journey.
Outside of optometry, Rachel enjoys spending time with her young family.

Gay Hampton
Practice Manager
Gay has been part of Total Vision since it opened in 1992 so is definitely part of the furniture! She is an accomplished and experienced optical consultant having been involved in optics for over 30 years.
Gay is passionate about giving patients the very best service and advice, taking great pride in knowing patients walk away from the practice feeling and looking fabulous!
When not at the coal face, Gay thoroughly enjoys spoiling her gorgeous grandchildren.

Stephanie Winiata
Clinical Assistant
Steph has been working in the optical industry since 2015. She is passionate about arts and fashion, which proves to be useful when assisting patients in finding the perfect pair of glasses that not only meets their vision needs but also suits their personality and style.
During her free time, Steph enjoys painting, walking her two dogs, and spending quality time with her family.

Rheannon Teao
Dispensing Optician
Rheannon joined us here at Total Vision in the beginning of 2022. She has fallen in love with optics and is our qualified Dispensing Optician with a passion for providing premium customer service. She loves fashion and creating great relationships with clients.
In her spare time she has her hands full with her Rottweiler and Staffy puppy and loves to explore different parts of the country.
